Production Problems Case Incident 12.1
The exclusive machinery company serving the small city operates in a way that expects monitored perfection of materials utilized in manufacturing wheel barrels. Construction sites have more of a demand for equipment than one homeowner, and even for homeowners made up of a large population the homeowner usually invests in one--time improvements rather than frequent purchase orders of the same equipment.
The problem appears to be a suspicious worker who got fired yet remains on the property whereas suppliers have abruptly changed, materials processing is getting messed up, and there are no workers on payroll to conduct preliminary inspections before the fresh sheets of materials are processed.
A simple plan for the boss is to hire some temporary staff workers from LABOR READY who he doesn't have to bother with firing or keeping long term, and with no strings attached they can fulfill needed voids during technical or physical labor difficulties holding the company over until sufficient workloads are greatly minimized and doesn't cause burdensome overhead fees, costs, and required high APR loans that are unnecessary.
The temporary no strings attached workers will be cost effective, get way more work done, the boss will gain more labor out of employees who are desperate for work that no one else would give the time of day to, and it'll build the temporary staff workers' self--esteem for when they get a realistic job to support themselves.
