A New Organization Structure” Case (Hello2018)

Administrating a hospital is a big task and requires patience, tolerance, awareness of multiculturalism, education to cope with critical thinking skills, and knowing the difference between wrongful discretion  versus hope and rightful discretion. 

The reason hospitals and corporations carry a wealth of employees that have good resumes, great education, and skills to project the implementation of emergency services is similar to the case here whereas Bill Collins has been requested to successfully resign from the hospital's administration role. Today however, there is someone qualified enough to practice in the other guy's place, has a high interest level of fulfilling the motto and mission of the hospital, and although reluctant and self-conscious to abilities for the job --has what it requires to step up to the plate and make it work. 

Tom is the new guy and isn't sure about his ability to administer the proper authority to run the hospital in the best ways that promote function over flake. There's a first time for everything, and everything matters especially when it's a clean slate such as an empty office ready for the perfect interior decorator. Painting a masterpiece onto a canvas is frightening at first, however...with a little research, observation, introduction, free seminars to gather as many employees as possible and share feelings, community ideas, and grasp a hold of essential feedback the perfect picture should appear within no time at all. 

The organization chart should get memorized by Tom visiting each department and writing one element from feedback received to the chart on a memo pad. Later, Tom could reference the sources, feedback, and a brief summary of his perspective on the experience which will break the ice for the entire hospital.
