The Way We Do Things Case Incident 6.2
The only problems foreseeable regarding implementing changes is the tradition of traditionally earning loyal consumers presenting adaptive complications to the Fitzgerald owners...at this point of utter miserable loss of what began as a successful union.

When Valeria, Fitzgerald's new liaison steps in to suggest a change in the company's culture, Valerie mostly means it's now a failure due to the previous CEO's leaching on to the established quality of consumers to do romantic business off the side then steering the corporate car into the competitors' ballpark like a snake in the grass. Valerie also mostly means to make any change at this point that isn't deteriorated by the current employees. Overhaul of price reductions creating a massive clearance sale of all unused products in stock, distributing out all inventory up to the current day which shows the unique abilities to gain something whether it be a relationship, a new channel of sales success, or breaking the cycle of oppression the losers working for him caused with intent to deprive his successful entity of. Next, selling at a wholesale level to regain a consistent flow of cash while gaining new consumers at any price as long as the price covers all mandatory overhead costs then file for a small business or industrial inventory collateral loan at 0% interest to regain status fiscally until back on track. Rewrite the underwriting of the bylaws to meet contemporary changes with current sales trends, and gain extreme progress by securing all previously obtained business partners with an updated agreement and discounted for partnership.

The Fitzgerald Company ultimately has a culture of traditional reliability and basic simple enjoyment that meets unusual needs. However, times have changed, and identifying the identity of the hidden problem causing destruction is rather easy based on how need used to be met compared to the current demands and inability of what the Fitzgerald Company had possessed to supply those odd needs. Process of elimination and then the double check of who, what, when, where, and why prepares the partnerships to regain full control by letting go of OPPRESSION, and turning the hired CEO's gains and trickery into retail services and product put up for sale every time an romantic CEO/consumer rendezvous occurs without even causing altercation.

Balance will recreate itself in no time at all!
